Swobbee

Swobbee is a Berlin-based start-up working on commercializing battery swapping for light electric vehicles (LEVs). Many different battery types for e-mopeds, e-kickscooters, e-bikes, and e-cargo bikes can be swapped at the Swobbee station in just a few seconds – without long waiting times. In 2021, Swobbee raised a $6.5 million Series A led by its new strategic investor EIT InnoEnergy, a major accelerator of sustainable energy solutions in Europe, supported by the European Union.
